Reporting Student Progress

Reporting Student Progress

Our reporting practices strive to provide accurate information about your child in all areas: academic, social, emotional, physical and behavioural. Our student reports seek to inform parents about their child's achievements, identify areas where students experience difficulties and suggest ways parents can work as partners in the educational process.

Our reporting framework provides parents with written feedback on their child's progress three times during the year.

Formal Student reports are provided at the end of Term 2 and Term 4 and provide a more comprehensive report on student's progress, based on a number of formal and informal observations and assessments during the semester.

Formal Parent Teacher interviews are scheduled at the end of Term 1 and Term 3 to enable parents to gain a deeper understanding of their child's progress and learning needs. Parents are encouraged to make an appointment to meet with their child's teachers at any time during the year if they have questions or concerns about their child's learning or development.
